  • Is there parking?

    Our largest apartment, which is a two-bed apartment, comes with its own free on-site parking space. 


    For the one-bedroom apartments, parking can be booked online in advance by googling 'Tap2Park' and using location code 1456 and it's only £4 a day.

  • What are the check-in and check-out times?

    ✓ Check-in from 15:00 to 00:00

    ✓ Check-out until 11:00


    If you'd like to request an early or late check-in or check-out, you can make a special request when you book.


    Please note that special requests cannot be guaranteed. If early or late check-in or check-out is essential to your travel plans, we recommend checking the cancellation options before you book.

  • Are there rooms with a balcony?

    Chester doesn't have rooms with a balcony.

  • Is it dog friendly?

    Unfortunately, we currently do not allow animals in our properties. 


    However, we hope to change this soon.
